I have issue with ransomware virus. when i turned on my PC all files were encrypted witj .MOSK file. In my PC there is readme.txt file and they want to withdraw some bitcoin on their address to decrypt all my files. But i think it is false. i read on many sites how to resolve this problem but there is not way. i tried many decryptor tools. i also read about online and offline ID which is provided in readme.txt file.
Please tell me how can i remove this virus and recover my files.
