Realtek Network card driver issue after Windows 10 upgrade

Hi Guys,

There is a problem /issue of network drivers after upgrading it. In our Dell PC that we have to Windows 7 Professional to Windows 10 professional.

We have connected to a network cable and we detected to a network cable, but the replay comes to us by windows that there is “no internet” But we think that other pcs to seem to work fine after upgrading.

Has anyone face this type of problem by chance and be able to do it right/ guide the right path. We, have searched online, and we try a lot to reinstall network and chipset drivers but it’s waste of use we also tried to reset the network settings but it’s out of help

Both computers in question are HP Desktop Pro with i5 8th Gen processor and appear to be windows 10 version of drivers from HP support website

Which windows version you have updated, It seems that your Lan driver not comptible with windows 10
