Recovery disk listed as 10.14.3 instead of name

Hello.

I possess a 2013 Trashcan Mojave that is on the slow side. I use option key to show all booting disks, with recovery disk listed as 10.14.3 (numbers instead of a normal name). I tried to install updates but they did not fix the problem. I need pointers on how to fix this.
