How can I repair a phone screen UI if I downloaded and used harmful apps? I took some from the Play store and they turned to be either extensively using my phone’s capabilities or were viruses in disguise. I have cleaned the phone from viruses but the screen’s icons are messed up, developer options are always off, etc. Apart from complete reinstall, what are my options?

I assume you have already uninstalled the suspicious App but you don’t no what it has left behind. I always format the device which was infected. You shouldn’t be depending on the AntiVirus software remember NO AntiVirus product is perfect. So, simply save your time wipe your phone and start with the beginning.
