Hello all, I have the following problem that needs to be solved sooner rather than later:
All emails that I send from websites that are my ownership are delivered to the user mailbox but are not sharable. If the mailbox is shared and has a name, it cannot receive nor send emails from me. Sending it anywhere else works. So what might the issue be?

Can you please confirm what permission do have with the shared email account? The Full Access permission allows a user to open the mailbox as well as create and modify items in it. The Send As permission allows anyone other than the mailbox owner to send email from this shared mailbox. Both permissions are required for successful shared mailbox operation.
Please try to send the email with either anyone of the permission and see emails are sending.
