Set email address as not a just in Office 365 tenant

Hi,

We planned to reduce some costing on our Office 365 subscriptions. We found we are using free office 365 essential subscriptions for few accounts which only used to send email to the requirements.

For that we decided to use free email accounts like outlook.com. I was able to setup one account in outlook now I was able send the email with our application But the problem is these emails ended up in junk folder.

So, How can I define email address as a trust not a just in O365 Tenant for all the domain users.

Hi Anthony,

Go to your exchange admin center and the email address in the Spam filter allow list as shown in the image below:
