There is some issue in the following which are troubling ours for using issues I have mentioned below.
We are working in corporate and web users are facing some issues with Skype for business application emoticons. Affects users PC either have windows 7 or windows 10 issue.
Synopsis: Whenever IM users IM send emojis, they can’t send it and they can’t receive it from the other users. And at automatically displays the IM is just blank with a rectangle box.
Work around : Set DisableRicherEditCanSetReadOnly to 1 in regedit
path: Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\16.0\Lync\
Finally, I think that investigation is the right thing for what cause is the registry is not resetting automatically and why the emojis are not working for users on Windows 10 computer.
Thus anyone has more ideas to solve this one.
so please guide me to gain the correct one and to regain it.
