This is a plea for help regarding very slow desktop context menu following the 1809 Windows 10 update. Putting it down simply, menus open and close frustratingly slow and I cannot find a solution for it. Tried with PC reset, driver uninstallation/installation, and through safe mode. So far, all I got is that issue lies in Context Menu Handler (CLSID points to {D969A300-E7FF-11d0-A93B-00A0C90F2719}). Can anyone help out?
