Sticky Notes disappeared completely Not available in Even store

Hi, Experts,

Stranges but yes for one of my user Sticky Notes seems to have completely disappeared. I cannot able to find that in search even when I looked to find it on the windows store, however, that wasn’t on there either. I have been googling for the last 1 hour and haven’t found a way that works to install it.

The PC is on Windows 10 1909 if that helps. I am trying to avoid reinstalling Windows since it’s at a remote location on the other side of the country so that would be a bit of a nightmare.

I am really stuck, does anyone have any ideas?

Temporary I have given the classic Stick app for the user. But still investigating for the disappearance of the Windows 10 Sticky App.
