I have a stock Android (phone Nokia 6.1). However, in settings, it is shown as Google Play protection certification, with the phone itself not being certified. How can I get it to recognize the certification?

This is can’t be fixed via software update or reinstall any apps on your phone. You need to lower your phone firmware by visiting the Nokia services center. Apparently, the only way to fix the issue is to install an older bug-free firmware after which the issues will be addressed. Go to your nearest Nokia service center and ask them to install the lower version of firmware in your phone.
