This page opens up on my browser tabs a lot lately (http://gestyy.com/w58kTu). I have no idea how it came to me or what did I do to trigger it. I installed adblock apps and nothing worked so far, so any sort of advice would be really helpful at this point.

look for Apps without names and delete them. Go to your phone’s Settings and then go to security. Under the Security tab, go to Device Administrator. It will display Apps without any names, deactivate them. Also, uninstall those Apps from the Application Manager most probably this app appears at the last of the list.
