Using iCloud on PC and have 3000+ images on iCloud.
When I open the iCloud photos folder it shows the thumbnails but photos should be permanently syncing to local.
Seems to be dying each time. I have plenty of PC spec and 300m fibre. Does anyone else have this issue?
