I’m a staff at Axix Bank, and I’m using my computer for about a year. and I’m not faced any problem on my pc.
and my computer has windows 7, I recently upgraded the computer to Windows 10 version 1903 and it will no longer print to the default printer when it’s out of paper even though the paper has been reloaded.
the status of the printer in windows shows out of paper and never changes from that state even though the paper has been loaded and
printer shows ready to print.
LCD. The printer is an HP Laserjet pro M402N.
I think that there is an only way to print that is to restart the computer. And to install the most current printer driver.
I’m very confused I don’t know what should I do?
so this is the problem so if anyone has any type of solutions to guide me.
