When trying to update my machine to build 1903, it crashes and prompts me to restart my PC.
I have tried restarting my PC, downgrading a build, even manually resetting it but nothing seems to work.
Can somebody help me?

How you are trying to update your system to 1903 build? When it crashes does it show any error message if yes please share with us so that we can able to assist you in the right direction.
I always copy the .iso file to local pc, after mounting the driver open the setup.exe file. Try this way and see if it get updated.
