Is there a possibility to start a manual update of Android on Tab S4 tablet? I want to update to Android 10 as it offers several new functions I would need later on.
You might need to change retail country as it hasn’t been released officially global, download the firmware from Sammobile and flash it through Odin.

If your Tab is out of warranty then only I suggest you upgrade your Tab to any latest version. You can install any latest version of Android in your Tab using software like Odin but some of the apps may not work due to compatibility.
