do you access that machines with domain user? On machines where there isn’t the username.domainname, have you created the account on that machine?
With the “old” control panel, go to User accounts>User accounts>Manage other account: do you see the account that you use on that machine? And on machines that have username.domainame, do you see the account in that window.

Welcome to the community
When a new profile is created It always created by the user name like John.Doe. If there is a username already exist with the same name then a profile is created with the domain name as domainname\John.Doe.
Best practice is to have a username only. You can delete the user profile with the domain name and also the existing conflict profile to create a user profile without a domain name.

I would like to know that, all the users of your company login with domain user account, and all the computers are member of domain.
if all the users are able to login with domain account then there is no problem, as the domain user login format is “domainname\username”
2. the username what you have mentiioned, if it is domain user account then no problem, both are correct
