Last few days I’ve been trying to reach a WordPress site. I always get “403 forbidden” at codex.wordpress.org. Why can’t I enter the WordPress codex site? Any suggestions on why is this happening?
this happens when an item or articel has been removed from the site , or sometimes due to ip address issues when wordpress codex team are on security alert
