Well, this is embarrassing. I am using Win 10 and I forgot my login password. I have to open up a Command Prompt but do not have a bootable file to repair. Are there any shortkeys/keys that can open up the Command Prompt even under a locked account?

- Press SHIFT + F10 to open a command prompt.
