My PC recently is not feeling that well it seems. It started with the latest Win 10 update and now computer opens and closes widows explorer every second. After that, PC updated once more and now, I cannot even do restore settings. The following commend shows up when I did sfc log command:

What error am I looking at and what can be done about it?

first try to download ntdll.dll file. if you have 64 bit windows download both 64 and 32 bit dll file and paste it for *32 bit C:\Windows\SysWOW64* and for *64 bit C:\Windows\System32* in this locations and restart PC. also you can find windows update after installation gone wrong your OS and try to uninstall it

Hello,
I would say try going for a clean install and do not forget to backup your important data.
