I know, probably there are solutions for this around Google but it just evades me in particular. How do I get rid of this message popping up every second or so:
“ Turn on Windows Security Centre service ”
Scan your PC with Malwarebytes or Adwcleaner and remove the unwanted things.
there is 2 ways to fix this.
1)
1. Open Settings app from Start Menu
2. Now go to System -> Notifications & actions section and under " Get notifications from these senders " section, set " Security and Maintenance " to Off .

1. Open Settings app from Start Menu or by pressing WIN+I on the same time.
2. Now go to System -> Notifications & actions section and under " Get notifications from these senders " section, set " Security and Maintenance " to Off .
Or Alternatively, You can directly launch this page using " ms-settings:notifications " command in RUN dialog box.
Then you’re all set, Now Windows 10 Action Center will no longer popping up.
