Windows 10 1903 | IPV4 preference using Group Policy

Hello guys

I’m in such a conscious struggle with a serious situation right now. I’ve my work laptop connected to the Windows domain (Windows 2008 R2, native domain), running Windows 10 1903.

Following https://social.technet.microsoft.com/wiki/contents/articles/5927.how-to-disable-ipv6-through-group-policy.aspx,

I can see the policy being applied to my computer using both the top & command line. However, the policy is failing to create the registry entry “DisabledComponents” on the domain member laptop.

I used the same administrative templates locally on a VM running the same version of Windows, which is not a member of the domain and after applying the local group policy could see that the registry entry is created successfully.

Any suggestions to overcome this situation.
Because preferences which I am holding is necessary to solve it soon and regain into the form so please thus anyone who can fix this problem properly they can guide me to the right path
