Hi, i have a windows 10 Pro digital license attached with Microsoft Account. My question is that whether i will use my DLA on another System/ PC if Yes then how many PCs i will activate through DLA?
The product key can only be used to activate one PC at a time. For virtualization, Windows 8.1 has the same license terms as Windows 10 , which means you cannot use the same product key in a virtual environment.

The digital license is a fingerprint of the hardware on which Windows 10 was installed.
For example if you have 5 PC linked with the same Microsoft Account then, Microsoft now holds in its activation database 5 digital licenses for each of the computers by their hardware. Upon reinstalling Windows 10 on any of them, activation will be immediate once Windows gets in touch with the Microsoft servers, no matter which account was used to login, Microsoft account or local account.
Digital license is tied to the hardware, not your Microsoft account. So, There is no connection between your Microsoft account and digital licenses. The most you can do is to go to account.microsoft.com/devices to see a list of all the devices associated with your Microsoft account.
You can link as many machines to your MS account but one Digital license can be used in a single device only. Any machine linked to your MS account will be listed while viewing your MS account in a browser.
