Hello guys,
One of my colleagues at my office, has an Acer PC Windows 10 which boots up to the wallpaper screen and the date and time were shown in the lower-left corner and the monitor is showing on the lower right corner.
Whenever he press any key to bring up it smashes then he enters the password the screen goes black for a few seconds then the wallpaper screen comes back. After smashing he tried this many times but every time showing the same results.
For annoying this issue he tried turning the PC off three times while it’s booting up and this did not fix the problem.
he also tried to get into safe mode while booting up and have not been able to by pressing the shift an F8 key.
he asked about this problem from me, but I also tried and searched about it. but I can’t find it.
