I Am having an issue with one of my office computers. When I try to log in with a different user to the system I click on Other User and type in the user name and as soon as I go to type the password the screen goes black. The only way to get the screen back is by pressing the CTRL-ALT-DEL and it comes back to the original user that was signed in.
I can log in to the system with an existing user account with the same credentials and it is working fine. The computer is domain joined and I have tried to log in with multiple user accounts to the same computer but all of them throwing the same black screen error.
