Windows 10 Bluetooth Keep disappearing and reappearing

I am struggling to find a solution to this problem for a long time.

I have a Windows 10 PC with version 1809. In “Bluetooth and other devices” my Bluetooth toggle off and on switch keeps disappearing and reappearing. This is causing a notification sound to constantly happen and it is driving me insane. I think I need to uninstall and reinstall it. But how do I know which item to un/reinstall?

bluetooth error 999tech.co.in

In the device manager, under Bluetooth is four items: Bluetooth device (RFCOMM protocol TDI), intel® Wireless Bluetooth®, Microsoft Bluetooth enumerator, and Microsoft Bluetooth LE enumerator. And under network adapters, there is a Bluetooth device (personal area network). Please help me. This is incredibly frustrating.

Also, if this is not the thing to do, please lmk what I should do. Thanks!

Hi @harmen,

Since you are using Windows 10 You do not need to worry about downloading the right driver for the Bluetooth.

So, simply uninstall all the Bluetooth drivers one by one and restart your PC. Upon the next login windows will automatically detect the right driver for your Bluetooth device and install it automatically.

I hope this helps
