Windows 10 BSOD Error_BAD_SYSTEM_CONFIG+INFO

Hi,

I am not sure What happen to the system, Today one user called me and said he wasn’t able to login the PC and said even in the start screen Windows Log not appearing. When I visited his place a saw a Blue Screen Of Death message please see the image reference:

I tried to restart the PC it automatically went to Automatic Repair and System Diagnostic but nothing happen Windows landed to the same BSOD death message.

I am thinking to run Check Disk command and SFC commands and see if this helpful.

Thanks

Regarding that error, it’s indeed possible that an issue with the registry caused it. However, other possible causes are the following:

a. Damage or corrupted RAM module.
b. Driver conflict.
c. Hard disk failure.

You may want to check with your computer manufacturer for any tools on your computer to check if there are any faulty components.

If there are instances where you can access to at least the Login screen , or if you can get to the Boot Options:

a. Hold the Shift button and click on Restart .
b. On the blue screen , choose Troubleshoot .
c. Select Advanced Options .
d. Then click Start Up settings .
e. Click Restart .
f. You will see a black window and select “Last known good configuration (Advanced)”.

Keep us updated on the result.

Hello @vinoth1992

Try to boot your PC in safe mode and check it.
If message not appearing then check there must be problem in any startup software,
that you can disable from msconfig command
Start–>run–>msconfig–>ok

Most probably these errors are due to corrupt hardware or a driver conflict.
Try checking your hardware installation or drivers that may be a conflict.
