Windows 10 Enterprise to Windows 10 Pro. What are the impact?

Hi,

My organisation decided to go from Windows 10 Ent to Windows 10 Pro. Before implementing Windows 10 Pro for all the future system I’m currently testing this one a few machines, basically running a script that pulls the OEM key and replaces the one provided by our KMS and rebooting.

After I have noticed some of the GPO’s don’t seem to be applying correctly. for example, the sign in screen has lost its corporate branding (not the biggest issue) and then I uninstalled an app we deploy via GPO and noticed it did not try to reinstall, also some of the atheistic tweaks in windows have been lost.

I thought it may be linked to WMI filter but that only defies what OS, i.e 10 or 8 etc. I know some GPO’s don’t work with pro like app locker, but not sure why the software install or the corporate theme wouldn’t apply, some GPO’s like drive mapping and desktop background for user log in are still applied OK.

Not really sure where to start with this, as concerned some security settings might not be getting applied.
