I have issues with missing MSVCR100.dll for iCloudServices.exe, ApplePhotoStream.exe and Avgui.exe after I installed Windows 10 on my PC. I followed all guidelines and did not experience anything of the sort until now. Should I reinstall Win 10 or should I do something else?

if you have 64 bit windows you need to download dll file for both 64 bit and 32 bit windows, and paste for 64 bit in this location C:\Windows\System32\ and 32 bit dll file in this location C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
Hi, I assume that you download it from 3rd party sites? If so, I suggest you to perform a malware scan of your entire system. Some of the “.dll is missing” and “.dll not found” errors are related to malware that pretend as DLL files.
Once you’ve done it, You can try to download the related program from official source.
You don’t have to reinstall windows 10

Extract the rar file

Copy the MSVCR100.dll file

Navigate to C:\Windows\System32 and paste it
