Windows 10 Power settings reset after reboot

Hello guys
This issue is annoying, but I can change the power settings like “don’t turn off the screen while plugged in” but after rebooting, it all resets.
But some Windows update came and broke it all. The num lock won’t come on after a reboot, after rebooting all power settings go back to an annoying screen up to 5 minutes on battery, and 30 on power.

I’ve already tried a lot of things to change the settings in the Group Policy Editor:
Such as
I had Open Group Policy Editor (Win+R, then type “gpedit.msc”)
Navigate to [Computer Configuration]->[Administrative Templates]->[System]->[Power Management]
Double click the Specify a custom active power plan policy settings to Disabled
Click Apply then OK
After doing such things it comes back as “Not Configured”

Any ideas? Can be appreciated to me
Thanks a lot.
