Hi, Suddenly, from last week few of my Windows 10 users device cannot get Windows 10 update? We currently using Windows 10 Pro with version (Version 1803, OS build 17134.167) for all of our users and the same error encountered on the windows update page, it also shows that “We couldn’t connect to the update service. We’ll try again later, or you can check now. If it still doesn’t work, make sure that you’re connected to the Internet.”
When attempting to manually update Windows, the Windows Update service displays the following error:
One of the user complaining that this problem appears in his PC for the last one month but others don’t complain about.
We check connection with modems and routers, everything is all fine. We had also run the Windows Update troubleshoot. Also, I notice Microsoft Store also cannot enter for 2 of them, when I open it always loading cannot enter the store. Can I know what problem is this?
Please follow the step by step solutions and let me know if this helped.

The “C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution”, is the location where Windows stores the Windows Updates. Many times this folder becomes corrupted and you must re-create it in order to download updates and install from scratch. To rebuild (re-create) the “SoftwareDistribution” folder follow the steps below:

In the Search box, type: services.msc & click OK .
In Services control panel locate the Windows Update service.

Step 2: Delete the SoftwareDistribution folder.
Open Windows Explorer and navigate to: C:\Windows folder.
Find and Delete the SoftwareDistribution folder (or rename it. e.g. to “SoftwareDistributionOLD”) .
Step 3: Start the Windows Update Service.
Open Windows Services control panel.
Right-click on Windows Update service and select Start .
Step 4: Check and Install Windows 10 Update.
Navigate to Settings → Update and Security and click Check for Updates .
