We recently started to upgrade our system from windows version 1709 to 1809 but few of the system started getting black screen while connecting through RDP.
This is making me weird. This is not happing to all the users only for particulars users.

to to file run explorer.exe
step -2 check display setting
1.click show options on main Remote Desktop Screen
2. go to display tab–> display configuration --> adjust Display setting size
Step 3
