Windows 2016 server and Exchange versions

Hi, has anyone had experience with versions of Exchange 2019 on W2016. Can we use Exchange 2016 or does it have to be 2016?

Please check this Microsoft Document Supported operating system platforms. It seems windows server 2016 doesn’t support exchange 2019, you should install or stay with exchange 2016 with server 2016.
