I bought a new laptop from the HP site which had pre-installed Windows 10 with OEM Windows 10 HOME license key.

It’s been a few days since I didn’t notice about WIndows activation but suddenly today I got prompted to activate my Windows in the Win10 settings menu. When I selected that, this is the message I got.

The troubleshooter gave no results, Windows support page suggested I buy a license (lol no…I already paid for my Windows) and the troubleshooting steps in MS official page eventually guided me to link to any Microsoft account as my main login account, and my product was still not activated because.

A long ago I had this same issue with one of my domain computer. You need to contact your manufacture because they are the one who has control over your license. Since, you have said its a OEM license you should be worried about it just called your manufacturer.
